Who is responsible

Enquiries

When you send the contact form, your name, email, organisation, dates, place, budget range, how you found the site and your message are emailed to Filip through Resend, our email provider, so he can reply. They are used only to answer and to prepare a proposal, and deleted when no longer needed for that, at the latest two years after the last exchange. If you tick the box for dates, your email is also used to send workshop and performance dates; you can ask to stop at any time.

Analytics (only with your consent)

If you accept analytics, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which sets cookies to count visits, pages viewed, downloads, video and email clicks and sent enquiries. No advertising features are used. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. Your choice is kept in your browser for six months; you can change it any time with the button below. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Hosting and videos

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site. Videos are embedded from YouTube; YouTube may set cookies once you play a video.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use or withdraw consent. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
